Tissue Paper Pom-Poms

So as you might remember, I've been participating in the Harry Potter Knitting and Crocheting House Cup. The Headmistress' challenge was to use a photo as inspiration for a non-yarn related craft project to be used as a portkey for the upcomming Quidditch games. Dorky, I know.
